Gud Laachi reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they enter the preparation stage due to the perishable nature of our products.

Delivery timelines vary based on location. Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed.
Once the product is handed over to the courier, delays or damage during transit are not under our control.
Please ensure the address and contact details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns.
Replacements or refunds are only considered if:

You receive a damaged or incorrect product, and
You notify us with unboxing videos and images within 24 hours of delivery.

Gud Laachi reserves the right to approve or reject refund/replacement requests after review.
